
We understand Pilates studios can be intimidating. We're devoted to making a space which embraces and encourages diverse practices, bodies and people.
During our first session we work together outlining your goals and discussing your movement history. We combine that information with a few simple exercises to get a feel for your body's unique preferred patterns of movement-there is never a wrong answer but a plethora of information on how to tailor the subsequent sessions to you, your schedule, your body and your goals.
We will be consistently adjusting, tweaking and modifying your program as we progress to ensure you're always feeling empowered and moving towards your goals.
For our part, our mission is to equip you with a deeper understanding of your movement patterns, discover or enhance your understanding of how breathwork facilitates movement (We're dying to talk more on this, please ask!) and give you an understanding of Pilates methods, equipment and exercises to ultimately graduate you so that you can jump into a group or private Pilates session anywhere in the world.
